No Breakdown Guarantee: Should the portion of your HVAC system that received a tuneup experience a breakdown within six months of the tune-up performed by Lowe's, we will perform a diagnostic on the system at no charge and, unless caused by an exclusion, we will refund the cost of the tune-up.

Exclusions: Breakdowns resulting from repairs recommended at the time of the tune-up that were not accepted. Breakdowns resulting from service of the system by the homeowner or another contractor. Breakdowns resulting from normal wear and tear, Acts of God or modifications to the home after the tune-up. Breakdowns in other parts of the HVAC system that are not covered by the tune-up performed by Lowe's.
